Super Employee Program (“SEP”)
Ticket Restaurant® Meal Card (“Meal Card”) holders (hereinafter referred as “User(s)”) shall be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions and agreed to be bound by them when entering this program.
What is Super Employee Program (“SEP”)?
Super Employee Program is a lucky draw contest initiated by Edenred (India) Private Limited (“Edenred”) for all its Meal Card users.
Who can participate?
A User who has used Meal Card at-least once in a month and who is using the same for at least 1 year prior to the commencement of SEP. A User who has completed his/her Full KYC.
How to participate?
To become a part of SEP, eligible employees shall provide their names and other details to their respective HR SPOC of the company.
Winner selection and notification
This contest will be conducted in each of the corporate clients of Edenred and from each corporate, 1 User will be selected as the winner of the contest. The winners will be notified by an email / SMS after completion of the lucky draw contest. Each winner will win Ticket Compliments® Gift Card worth Rs. 1,00,000/- (“Prize”). The prize is awarded in the form of a Card which can be used as per the terms and conditions.
To claim the prize, winners must respond to the prize notification message within 7 working days. Failure to respond within the requested period or failure to provide their personal details will result in losing the claim on the prize by the winner. Edenred reserves the right to award the prize to an alternative winner.
Unless expressly stated within these terms and conditions, all other expenses relating to the Prize is the responsibility of the winner. For the avoidance of doubt, the Prize excludes any costs for transport, travel, spending money, meals, etc. The prize is non-refundable and non-transferable. Third-party terms and conditions apply to the usage of the prize where applicable.
Edenred will not be responsible for (and will have no liability in connection with) acts, omissions and occurrences beyond Edenred’s reasonable control, including but not limited to: a) any postponement or cancellation of SEP; b) any changes to prizes or the way in which they can be used; c) damage, loss, injury suffered by any User participating in SEP or as a result of accepting any prize; d) problems with the allotment or dispatch of prizes (such as prizes failing to reach the intended recipient); and e) any act, omission or default of any third party supplier.
Edenred does not accept responsibility for network, computer, hardware or software failure of any kind, which may affect the sending, receipt or processing of your participation in SEP.
If the SEP is unable to run as planned due to computer virus, network/technical/communications failure, tampering or any cause beyond Edenred’s reasonable control, EIPL may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend SEP or invalidate any affected entries (subject to any written directions given under applicable law).
Edenred’s decision shall be considered as final and binding in all respects on all Users. No correspondence will be entered in this regards. Participants who have not complied fully with these terms and conditions will be disqualified summarily.
If Edenred has grounds to suspect any User or third party of cheating, deception or fraudulent conduct of any kind (including, without limitation, manipulating the SEP, choice of prize winner(s)) Edenred reserves the right (in its sole discretion) to disqualify any participant, it reasonably believes to be responsible for, or associated with, such activity.
Edenred reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.
Edenred will use each winner’s, and each User’s, personal details for the purpose of administering this SEP, including prize fulfilment and announcing winners. The winners agree to allow Edenred to use their name for advertising and publicity purposes without additional remuneration. The winners may be required to take part in reasonable publicity and PR activity at Edenred’s request. The winner may be required for promotional activity e.g. photographs to be taken and are required to make themselves available without charge for publicity purposes and agree to the publication of his/her name.
This SEP and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it (including the prize(s), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Indian law. The user irrevocably agrees that the courts of Mumbai shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim that arises out of or in connection with this SEP (including the prize(s).
