Edenred is present in India with two main lines of businesses namely Incentive & Rewards under the brand name of Accentiv’; and Employee Benefits with the Ticket Restaurant brand.

A strategic decision has been made by the group to focus only on Accentiv’ which is Incentive and Rewards business and to discontinue our Ticket Restaurant meal card product in India.

Our endeavour is to ensure utmost client satisfaction and hence we have identified a solution to provide uninterrupted service even after discontinuation of Ticket Restaurant. It has been decided to propose you an alternative, in the form of Sodexo Meal Pass as an alternate service provider, who has agreed to provide you with the same level of services you enjoy with Edenred today.

Therefore, in the coming weeks, your new service provider Sodexo would be reaching out to you to explain the details of this cooperation keeping in mind the need to provide a seamless transition for you and your employees.

Trust that, until the complete handover and the transition is over, officials of Edenred shall be always available for any assistance that you may require. To sum up, we hope that the long-standing relationship will be continued with Sodexo India, and we are fully confident you will continue to enjoy the best level of services from Sodexo.
