We refer to the Customer Contract entered with you for issue of Ticket Restaurant® Meal Vouchers and Ticket Compliments® Gift Vouchers for the benefit of your employees and other beneficiaries.

Customers are required to maintain the full details of beneficiaries to whom our vouchers are issued.

Payment instruments up to Rs 5,000/- can be issued by the Companies / institutions to their employees or other beneficiaries provided full KYC of the employee or beneficiary has been completed as prescribed by RBI guidelines.

Customers should make advance payment as the same needs to be deposited in Escrow Account on issuance of vouchers.

Customers need to provide information as per the Know Your Customer and Anti-Money Laundering & Combating Financing of Terrorism Guidelines issued by RBI. (click here to download the KYC Form). Customers are requested to intimate us on any change in the information provided in the KYC Form.

Customers are advised to caution the employees / beneficiaries about the expiry of the vouchers at least 15 days before the expiry of the vouchers.

The Company has entered into an escrow agreement with Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd and has opened an escrow account with the Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd, Nariman Point (Mumbai) in compliance with the "Issuance and Operation of Pre-Paid Instruments in India (Reserve Bank) Directions 2009"

Please Note: We would like to remind all Edenred customers that according to our contract with them and in line with the PSS guidelines dated 27th April, 2009 issued by the Reserve Bank of India, they are required to maintain a database setting out full details of the employees and/or beneficiaries to whom the Vouchers are issued by them. Customers are requested to submit a copy of the same to us, as and when requested by us, within a period of 7 days from the date on which such request is made to them. This database should, in the minimum, contain the name of the employee / beneficiary and the booklet / voucher number issued to such employee and/or beneficiary.
